Your things must be unused and in the same condition as you received them in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. Additionally, they need to be in their original packaging, complete with all labels and attachments. You must present documentation of your purchase, such as an invoice or an email confirming your buy.

We will give you shipping directions back to us along with a return authorization number. You will bear the cost of return shipping for your purchases. The cost of shipping is not refundable.
We will send you an email letting you know whether your request for a refund or exchange has been approved or denied as soon as we receive and review your returned goods. If your request is accepted, we will arrange your refund or exchange within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method you used. Your selected address will be used for shipping exchanges.
