Refund and Return Policy

We at retaildisplayboxes.com want your shopping experience to be positive. Within 30 days after delivery, you can return or exchange the products if you’re not satisfied with their quality or condition.

Your things must be unused and in the same condition as you received them in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. Additionally, they need to be in their original packaging, complete with all labels and attachments. You must present documentation of your purchase, such as an invoice or an email confirming your buy.

Contact the customer service team at support@retaildisplayboxes.com or give us a call at (800-123-4567) to start a return or exchange. We will give you shipping directions back to us along with a return authorization number. You will bear the cost of return shipping for your purchases. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

We will send you an email letting you know whether your request for a refund or exchange has been approved or denied as soon as we receive and review your returned goods. If your request is accepted, we will arrange your refund or exchange within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method you used. Your selected address will be used for shipping exchanges.

Please be aware that certain products—such as gift cards, digital downloads, clearance items, bespoke or personalized items, and clearance items—cannot be returned or exchanged. These products are not eligible for refunds or returns and are identified on our website as final sales.

If a return or exchange doesn’t follow our rules or is thought to be dishonest or abusive, we reserve the right to refuse it.
